Hello
our company has one unit in SINDO IND BLDG. it's tenancy agreement with our current tenant going to expire in Mar-15. our company want to market it for rental, preferring for 2 years of lease , let me know if any one of the agent is interested to do marketing for it ? unit is very well done for office usage.

The historical rental yield for SINDO IND BLDG is between $1.47 to $2.10 psf per month.
