Dear sir/madam,

Rental appeal differently to the different tenants, for example, some who prefers to be away from the crowd would probably choose a place further away from the MRT Station and they don't mind walking that hundreds of meters more to the nearest amenities.

Of course, a safest option will be to look for a project which is nearby MRT station but yet, not affected by the train noise if location is where MRT is running above ground level, as it will appeal to the general pool of tenants who wants less travelling time, but do take note that such units will definitely come at a premium.

It still boils down to how much you intend to put into this investment purchase to determine which properties are available for your choice. You may also find alternative investments which could potentially generate better returns too.
