Good morning Harvinder,

you are only eligible to purchase private property like condo/ apartment or landed in Sentosa. Foreigner is not eligible for public housing.

If you are eligible for max loan of 80%, you need to fork out at least 20% downpayment.

On top of that, you will be subject to estimated 18% stamp duties (15% additional buyer's stamp duty as foreigner).

So to embark on house purchase in Singapore, maybe you can share more about your finances and work out the loan amount with banker first before we proceed further.
