Hello,
We have rented a master bedroom as a couple, with both of our names appearing to the contract. However, the agency provided us only a single set of access card and key. We have requested multiple times a copy of key and condo access card because having only one set means that the person with the key must always be home before the other one arrives… no need to say how much inconvenience this is creating to us, since one of us has also night shifts.
We requested multiple time for a duplicate, and the agency keeps saying that they are considering our request and they will let us know…but after one month still no solution.
I am not sure how to deal with this.
Is this considered a good reason to break a contract without them taking our deposit?
