Hey Gurus, my house has developed a long 10 meters crack on the floor and wall at backyard. It seems to develop very slowly and unknowingly after my neighbour has completed their rebuilt. i really believe it is cause by some soil movement from the contruction work.

What should i do? How can determine that was the cause? Can i get some compensation to make good the crack?

Please help.
