Hi, 6 months ago I moved into a rented apt with a 2 year lease. Recently the owner hired an agent to sell the property. Our agreement states that sale is subject to our rental agreement. Should we be worried? Post sale, do we need to re-do our agreement / stamp study? Would appreciate if anyone can advise on this. Thanks
