hi A 3rm flat approved unit in the west side, fully furnish, lift level, air con, immediate available for rent.
The owner wants a "decent" family. For 2 weeks, we are unable to find a suitable tenant. what is is going wrong here...?
Pls suggest and advise how to close this unit.
The rental is $2000 neg. Tq.
