Hi Agent,

I would like to upgrade my current HDB 3NG+1 Flat to EC (at least 3 rooms). May I know is there any EC available for sales in the open market that has passed the 5-year Minimum Occupation Period (MOP). My budget around 550K.Do let me know what are the levy that i need to pay as a PR in singapore.thanks

Hi Daniel,

I don't think you are able to get an EC at around $550k.
You may wanna consider increase your budget.
