Can I still invest new EC when household income exceed the ceilingI? now stay at HDB which is fully paid. Do I need to sell my HDB in order to buy new EC?

If your monthly gross household income have exceeded the income ceiling of $12k, you are not able to buy new EC.

Hi,

If your income ceiling exceeds 12K, you can appeal but chances are rather slim. Yes, if you purchase new EC you have to sell your HDB, within 6 months of EC key collection.

Will you consider Private Condos? There are more options available in terms of locations and good schools. Thanks and may I understand your housing requirements further before value-adding further?

Hi, if your household income ceiling hit by just $200 or less, then still a high chance of approval as I have a case of buyer whose EC application was granted after appeal.
