may i know your HDB 3 rooms, you bought from resale market or direct from HDB.
If you bought direct from HDB, then sorry no CPF housing grant for you. However, if you bought from resale market without grant, you will still be able to apply for $30k CPF housing grant.

Hi Candy,
If you bought your HDB direct from HDB,then you are not elligible for the First Timer grant.But nonetheless,you are still eligible to buy the EC from developer provided you do not own any private property now or within the last 30months.I have all the updates regarding this Esparina Residences as I am from the marketing agency.For EC,you can only use bank loan..
