Hi all agents,

I am looking to purchase a new home soon (Likely in Dec 2013). I am looking for a 2 bedroom + 1 study room Condo, TOP 2013. I do not have any thoughts on the location yet. The main thing I am looking is the style and design of the Condo.

My Budget is 1.2 million. Please advise and I will follow up with you.

Hi Mr Ng

I have 2 exclusive units of 2 bedroom at Waterview. It is 3 bus stop from Tampines mrt with 3 big shopping mall. Asking for both units are 900k (neg). And the TOP date of Waterview is end of this year 2013. Cheers!
