I am looking for condo unit. 2 or 3 bedroom for own stay in Dakota Residence or Waterbank @ Dakota. Are there many sellers in these condos whom are geniune? By that I am definitely not interested in asking prices higher than last transacted. Advice appreciated all, and thank you gurus
