Hi all Guru!
My hle is 230k.My cpf at ordinary is 25k.May i know can i look for the house the value is 230K house or 230+25=255K.Thanking you for your help.

Dear Tin Soe,

It's very easy to find out the max valuation you can go for and the monthly installment you have to pay using yr cpf. All these can be done via the hdb website.

Hi Tin Soe,

You can bought a property of Valuation up to $230K (HLE) + $25K (CPF) + $Housing Grant (if any)..
