Hi all, My girlfriend have had 2 HDB loans and currently owns one HDB. In future if we sell her HDB and plan to BTO again, can we still take HDB loan? Considering I have no HDB loan record at all.

Each person is only given 2 chances for HDB loan. She will need to go for bank loan for her future HDB. Unfortunately, if you purchase a flat with her, she will be counted as a a third timer and no HDB loan will be granted even if you have not take up any HDB loan before.
