Hi,
Are all property agents verified on the Property Guru website? Some agents (Teo Bee Geok) posted the following property but now took it down.

On inquiry, she asked my profile matches with the landlord (LL) and ask me to transfer the refundable security money as per standard industry practices and I did.
But now she is not responsive on the phone/ What's App.
