Hi Condo Maintenance Mgmt,
A lot of the owners of ONE NORTH RESIDENCES already aware that the Maintenance fees quoted by direct developer is relatively high! Unit size of 592sf is paying at $260/mth!
Recently we, owner received a letter/doc from Management informing of General Annual meeting dated 25th Jun And proposed of further increase of Maintenance fees !!
We are seriously looking for a change of current facility management! Any maintenance managements that are interested to take on this project are most welcome to contact us and provide a reasonable quotation.
