Hi currently I apply for hdb loan. I was granted with only $270,000, which I find it too little. I intend to buy hdb flats in pasir ris. My question is can I appeal to hdb for higher loans eg $350,000 or us there any alternative?

Hi Rudy , yes you can appeal to HDB to seek higher loans if your income can support.

However, if they do not grant you your appeal, you still can try to secure a loan from banks in Singapore. If you need any help on this, do let me know and i will do my best to help you in your queries.

    Hi there thank you for the reply. Just for clarification. Bank loan we must pay 5% of the valuation price with cash right? I went to hdb and was inform by them appeal for higher loan is not guarantee, they might reject it. Any way o called you but no ans. Thank you again.

engage an agent who can assist you in bank loan and also selling in case of distress property..
