Hi everyone,
I am staying in a 5rm hdb(around 11yrs old)and my condo just TOP.Which is a better option to sell under present market conditions?Looking to buy back after selling either one.Will pay commissions but need someone with geniune advise.Pse share your advise here and do not ask me to email or call you.Tks

In order to answer your question, there are alot of doubt to clear.
Where are your properties located? What are their sizes? Do you have any plans, for the upcoming 5 to 10 years? What is your current financial status? And what do you hope to acheive?
