1) The 3 big agencies; ERA, Huttons, and Propnex will have a lot of new project launches opportunities compare to others. Although there are about 2000+ agencies in the market.
2) I believed you can find your kind of mentors in all these 3 agencies.
3) However, each agency's culture and coaching will have its own pros and cons.
4) It is difficult to say which agencies are better for you. Every individual is different and expectations are also different.
5) Some would think the result is more important whereas some would prefer to pick up direction is more important.
6) Everyone's chances and opportunities are different. Although hard work might provide more opportunity, this however also does not directly proportionally convert to result in terms of monetary.
