Hi experts,
I have two question, hope you can help:
1) I am looking to buy a private condo next year (first time buyer), understand that banks will loan upto 80% of the price, for the remaining 20%, can I use CPF to pay or must I pay by cash? And is there any difference between buying from resale or new one from developer?
2) I am singapore PR, is there benefit/difference between PR and citizen when come to buying private condo?

Hi Larry,

The 20% will be broken down into 5% cash and 15% can be from CPF. There is a difference between buying buying from resale and buying a Building-Under-Construction (BUC) unit from developer. I can go through the difference in detail with you in-person. There is no difference between PR or Citizen when it comes to buying a private condo.
