Hi Experts! I like to seek advice on the following matter about "Offer to Purchase"
1) I have listed my HDB place to sell hence waiting for the right buyer.
2) I have also shortlisted a condo and ready to offer. The condo seller is also looking for a new home and required 3 mths extension after completion.
3) Both parties are dealing with the same agent as we want the agent to help us have a smooth timeline from selling our place to buying the other place.
Here's the thing, how do we go about offering the price to the seller with conditions included such as we will need time to sell our place as we do not want to be pressured selling our place (yes we do prefer to sell our place first before we pay for the condo but at the same time we are not in the hurry to buy).
As a buyer, what are some of the reasonable conditions we should set along with the offering price for the seller? Eg: seller is willingly to wait till we sell the place. Is that a reasonable request? What is the reasonable period for "Offer to Purchase"
