Hi,

Its not necessary, sometimes the pricing strategy could be too high to begin with, hence after 3 months some of the buyers that saw may revisit and express interest again. This sometimes happens for private properties which has listed significantly higher than the market norm from the onset, and due to its limited supply, may have buyers revisiting to offer. Above is one scenario example.
