you can check your surrounding similar units currently selling to have a feel on current market prices, alternatively you can also checked HDB website for past transacted prices, but do note it is 'Past' data (approx 3mths).

If your pricing is marketed correctly, high chances to sell off in less than 1 month, or even shorter.

Usually the selling price will be set by owner, and advise by agents whether its a resonable selling price.

Getting a trustworthy agent is as imortant as getting a good price for your unit.
