I m staying in 3 room HDB flat blk 424 ang mo kio ave 3. A young couple from china interested to rent my common room furnish with bed and cupboard without aircon. They will cook 2-3 times a week or maggie noodles.
Would appreciate your advise on how much is the market price to rent out?
