Hi guru, I am a singaporean, unmarried, below 30 years, would like to buy an EC. May I know am I eligible to purchase under 1 name? (I have another sister who is Singaporean but had own a HDB flat, while my parent are in long term visit pass).

Evening Ms. Ng,

You are eligible to purchase resale EC from the open market. If you are looking at new EC, I'm afraid you do not fall into any of the required terms set by HDB.
