My son is an Indian holding an Employment Pass in Singapore and working here for the last 7 years. He intends to purchase a condo. Am I required to pay the ABSD.and if so, is there any way to get a loan for the same

Hi,

Yes, you are still required to pay 15% ABSD.
As for loan, I will get my mobile banker to assist you on this.
