Hi guru, i am singapore PR, now we r staying in 3 room flat in Jurong east, we are thinking to upgrade to 5 room in jurong east (toh guan) , we didnt get flat from more than one year. we just got idea to upgrade to condo, please advise whether it is better to go for 5 room or condo,we confused and we aware for maintenance fees for condo, our outstanding loan is around 150,000. please advise us. our salary is around 5 - 6K

Evening Havisha,

Based on your income status and outstanding loan amount, it will be challenging to upgrade to condo. Furthermore, you have only gotten your unit for less than a year. It's also impossible for you to do any upgrade at this moment too.
