Hi Guru: I co-own a condo with my wife. I am going through divorce and planing to buy her share. My questions is : 1) Will this be considered still my first property and I can apply 80% loan 2) Do I need to pay any stamp duty 3) Will bank accept the transaction price me and my wife agree or bank will enforce its valuation as price for transaction, Thanks for help and advise
