Hi Guru, im actually wanted to sell my house and buy another and ive checked my cpf statement thus not quite understand wjat it means.

Statement stated to refuned if i sell my property now is 39k.

Does this statment above means i need to put this amount back into cpf ?

Currently im 63y already,

Does it means this amount will be put back into my RA account thus dis-allowing me use this on my next purchase ?

Pls advise

Hi Worried,

Yes, as there is a minimum sum (can be checked with CPF board) for you to maintain in your retirement account, you will not be able to use this S$39,000 for your next purchase. However, the rest of the amount from the sale of your unit can be put into the next purchase.

I am currently serving a seller with the same issue, thus if you need any help with the process, do call/email me.

There is always a solution to all issues, thus don't overstress yourself when there is professional help available for you.
