I'm planning to invest in another 2nd small apt (500sq ft) for purpose of passive rental income. Currently I don't have the 30% downpayment but I was told that I can refinance my exiting apt to have excess cash for the 30% downpayment. If my currently loan is SGD680K and my current valuation of my existing property is about SGD1.05million - is this possible?
