Hi Guru,
URA web page allows us to view the transacted prices of property sold. Kindly advise which web site I can get to view more details like block, level etc, so that I can make a better comparision.

Hi, most likely you will need to ask agent to help as we subscribed to caveat services. If you need my help just sms the project name or address, I will email you the caveat details

hi Tan Zing,
you can go to www.ura.gov.sg to view private transaction to see the price transacted and the size and the month.
However you cannot see the block, level unless you subscribed to caveat service.
