Hi Gurus,
I am a foreigner working in Singapore and separated with my spouse( not legally divorced). Can I buy a Condo by my name without my spouse's particulars and consent and signature,

you can buy a condo... but suggest that you take one step at a time and settle one thing at a time.. otherwise.,the situation may be complicated in future...
