Hi Gurus,
I am interested to buy another condo for investment, below are some questions need clarify:
Present holding; Staying in HBD unit(fully paid), 1 condo(still under loan of 300k left). I intend to share with my friend in buying another condo unit.
Q (1) Under CPF ruling, what is the minimum sum I need to set aside for my 3rd property?
Q(2) Will the minimum sum increase for 2nd and 3rd property purchases?
Q(3) When purchase a condo together with a friend, can we use CPF to pay too? (As i heard that CPF is not allow to be used when joint buying with a friend).
