Hi,
I am currently staying with in a HDB owned by my parents. This flat is the 2nd new HDB that they bought using HDB loan and CPF after paying levy. If I were to add my name to the owner list, I will lose one chance to buy a new HDB, one chance to take HDB loan and no more chance to take CPF grant?
WIll they wipe out my OA?

Evening Paxy,

By adding your name as the owner for the BTO unit, HDB would deem that you have utilized your first timer chance. You can opt to utilize your CPF to assist on the monthly installment and assist in the financing on the unit. If you were to remove your name from the ownership, your parents are required to return you the amount which you have utilized for CPF, including interest. You will still be eligible for your second timer chance though.
