Hi Gurus,
I am looking to get a property in Singapore. I am not able to get any govt grant due to my income. I am looking at either condos or landed property. Pls advise which would be a better choice. Also some condos in the city cost the same as landed property in some areas. Which would have a better resale value?

Hi Sir

Generally,as a rule of thumb, condos have a better rental yield compared to landed property. If you are looking to invest and grow your wealth, I would think condos are better.
