Hi Gurus, Please advise:
1) Is is better to get a High Rise condo than Low rise condos in terms of more affodable Maintenance Fees ?
2) Is it true that Low rise condo maintenance fees may rise to a very high ceiling after many years ?
As in the case of my frd who has a condo in bukit timah, the MF rise from $200+ To $900+ after a few years + Exterior Maintenance costs a bomb too.
