Hi Gurus,I am citizen,bought my HDB before the 31Aug'10 announcement. That means my MOP is 3yrs, not 5yrs. Since my HDB was purchased before Aug'10 new rulings,does this mean i can concurrently buy condo (investment), instead of waiting MOP to be over. True?

Morning Mike,

Purchase of private property is not a restriction to you if your current unit is not a direct purchase from HDB nor with HDB grant. This is also provided that your resale application is submitted before 30th Aug 2010.
