I am staying at the cluster within Buangkok MRT.My 5years MOP will end next year and i intend to sell it.But i had seen some owners less than 5years MOP already sold theirs.How can this be done?Thank you.

Hi Marc,

If you want to sell your house before MOP, you must make an appeal to your area branch office either via email or by yourself. Your appeal must be a valid reason and HDB will assess every appeal in a case by case basis. Unless you have a valid reason if not, your appeal wont be accepted.
