To be honest, it is quite difficult to verify. While CEA public register is 1 place, the thing is that I have known of agents clocking their transactions just under 1 agent so that the agent gets the branding of many transactions and using this agent to prospect for business. The commission are split behind the scene among the agents.

The best will still be speaking to the agents personally and asking them questions. If they are indeed experience and have the credentials, they should be able to adequately answer your questions or doubts.
