Hi how do i apply for letter of offer from the bank? I can ask from a few bank or can only chose one bank? Btw any recommendation which bank rate is good right now? What kind of supporting letter do i need if i want to apply for letter of offer?

Hi Wendy,

All the banks are now giving competitive rates. I am able to connect you to bankers from UOB, OCBC, Standchart, etc.

Hi Ms Cheok;

Yes,you can apply In-Principal Approval from various banks to compare the rates.The documents needed will be your payslip / income tax contribution history / IR8E form.

Currently the interest rates are very competitive,most of the bank's loan interest rates are about the same.I usually recommend my clients to take local banks ie OCBC,UOB,DBS..Please feel free if you need any assistance with the loans as I have a few bankers that I work closely with that can give you the approval within 2-3working days.Thanks
