Hi, I already confirm to take the room on afternoon and ready to pay the deposit. The agent didn't give me any bank details to pay. Until almost midnight, when I tried to ask the agent on the status, the agent just told me it's taken. When I already confirm the room, how can the room taken by someone else without even consult me? What can I do on this?
