Hi ! I am a Malaysian but Singapore PR aged 36 yrs and single. i wishes to buy a re-sale HDB with my sister which 40 yrs old/ Singapore PR / Married to Singaporean. Both of us are PR for more than 3 year. My Questions is 1) Are we eligible to buy a re-sales HDB 2) can i used my CPF Orinary Account Fund to paid for the 20% Downpayment ?, if yes, what is max amount or percentage 3) Can i used my monthly CPF Contribution to payment the monthly loan repayment, if yes, what is the max amount or percentage ? 4) Can we borrow money from HDB ? Thanks !

Hi, for PR holders, they could purchase resale HDB together with their PR spouse only.

Evening,

Your sister is married hence she can purchase resale unit with her spouse under public scheme. As your sister and brother-in-law forms an family nucleus, you will not be eligible to purchase it with your sister.
