Dear potential buyer,

As a potential buyer, do you mean you may not buy after all? Jokes aside, I do agree with you that while calling up some agents to cobroke, I felt a lack of response somehow from a number of the listing salespersons too. Perhaps your best bet is to engage the services of a salesperson to help in the purchase process. They will help you filter out the unsuitable units and give you advise accordingly for the purchase.
