Hi agents.what will happened the cash proceed if a bankrupt sell his hdb flat?will the Official Assignee(OA)Take all the money.?some agents told me the AO will take it n some agent said the OA cannot take it?i am really confused by this.pls all agents update me on the latest instruction.thks.

Afternoon, Let's say your current unit have being purchased under single scheme. Upon the completion of your sales, your OA will be entitled to use your cash proceed to settle all your outstanding debts. However, you will still be entitled to the balance, if any.
