Hi,

I am a Singaporean living and working overseas with my family.

Before we went abroad, we were staying in a 4-room HDB flat but we have sold that last year.

I would like to seek your help to advise on my situation:-

I would like to purchase a private property in Singapore upon my return to Singapore with my family. The private property that we are looking at is Maysprings for S$530000.

My salary is S$13000 but I am unsure whether I can get a housing loan with banks and finance companies in Singapore because of my poor financial credit record, where there are 3 writs of summons against me by banks, the most recent of which is in August. However, all 3 have been resolved and closed with full settlement.

My question is - with this record, will I still be able to obtain a property loan from a bank / finance company?

I really hope you can address my queries as I am looking to relocate back to Singapore soon.
