Hi , i'm 29 years old single currently staying with my parents, but have intention to purchase my own place to stay.

Currently i've 35-40 k in my CPF and do not have much cash on hand. I'm working and is earning around 2.7 k a month .

What are my options on hand? Would really appreciate any helpful advise as i'm quite serious on purchasing a apartment for myself.

Morning Jimmy,

With your current age and status, you are not eligible to purchase HDB unit. You are also not financially prudent to purchase a resale condo.
I guess you can only wait it out, unless you wanna rent a place of your own.
