Hi, I am currently leasing a condo. My flat-mates have signed a two-year lease last year, with my name included on the rental agreement. However, I am not a signatory, but listed as a tenant. Our internal signed agreement was for me to stay one year only, but with discussion to extend. However, there has been no agreement reached. They have lined up a new tenant without advise to move in January, but I cannot move out until one month later than they want. Can they legally kick me out? What is the best recourse?

since you did not sign the TA.. you should be prepared to move upon your legal tenant leaves..
