To o be a property agent, u must be a sg or spr, min 4 O level passes, enrol and pass the RES exams. As external qualifications, you have to submit it to CEA for verification/approval, with a fee.
The working hours of property agent is very flexible. Other than the required viewing times given by your clients, you decide your own work schedules.
