Hi, I am interested in buying an EC and Bishan Loft is my favourite because of the location etc.
I see the advertisements here are mostly priced too expensive as what I can see in the market. If you go to URA website you will see this year that all units over 1300 square feet in Bishan Loft have been sold at less than $600 psf. Is there any unit going at around this price at the moment? Thanks.
