Hi, I am interested in looking for a 4-room flat in Bedok Central at around 290k to 300k. How much loan to apply for a loan of 200k from HDB/bank but we are not sure if it will be approved as I am recently hit by economic. I am currently employed at the salary of 3 k per month. Is it possible for us to get the loan from HDB/bank? If not, any other sources which you can suggest to us so that we are able to finance our resale house? Thanks in advance! MR
